This manual is the result of research carried out as part of the RESTORE – BIOPREPARADOS EM SISTEMAS PRODUÇÃO AGROECOLÓGICOS project [Project UIDB/00681/2020], a joint project between the Escola Superior Agrária de Castelo Branco, the Escola Superior Agrária de Coimbra and the Escola Superior Agrária de Viseu, with financial support from the Fundos Nacionais ao Centro de Estudos de Recursos Naturais, Ambiente e Sociedade (CERNAS).

This manual compiles the results of the project, which are intended to be shared and used by all those interested in the use of biopreparations obtained from natural products, which are almost always available on farms and are inexpensive, and which allow food to be produced in a more sustainable way.
