SPECIFIC AND DISTINCTIVE SALES CONDITIONS FOR PACKS

Bambual Portugal’sobjective in creating a PACK: to make the acquisition of books that are related to each other more appealing and to emphasize their importance, according to previously established criteria.

Advantages for the customer: the value of the books in the PACK is increased by the strong connection between the titles chosen, although the final cost (P.V.P.) of both is reduced.

Specific characteristics and conditions of PACKs:

• may contain two or more titles previously defined by Bambual Portugal, following the rule of titles with more than 24 months in print and with physical stock available;
• the cost of the P.V.P. of the titles allocated to the PACK is supposed to be reduced – it is not possible to benefit from any other promotion, coupon or additional campaign in force – this premise applying exclusively to those previously grouped and advertised under the designation of PACK;
• the customer will benefit from the promotion relating to the respective PACK by selecting it and settling the amount relating to the PACK in the shopping cart in accordance with the usual procedures set out in the terms and conditions of sale;
• is treated as a single product, and will therefore take advantage of the advantages inherent in postage and the joint dispatch of titles with the PACK indication in the shopping cart;
• the same titles purchased separately and outside the PACK designation will not have the PACK conditions. You will therefore be able to benefit from any promotions, coupons or campaigns in force;
• on the respective invoice, each title will be treated as a unit, and the rules for reducing the PVP of each title will apply, according to those previously defined by Bambual Portugal;
• the remaining titles added as a unit to the order and in the shopping cart, even if it contains one or more PACK’s, will retain their advantages relating to promotions, coupons or campaigns;
• other advantages relating to promotions, coupons, campaigns or others for other titles are not cumulatively applicable to PACK’s.
