This book has been produced by a Common Co-authorship Unit and co-organised by Fábio Otuzi Brotto, Carla Albuquerque and Daniella Dolme.
Fábio Otuzi Brotto – Co-founder of Projeto Cooperação, holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science from UNICAMP, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade São Marcos, and a teaching degree in Physical Education from FEFISA. He is a pioneer in Cooperative Games and the Pedagogy of Cooperation. He works as a facilitator of Collaborative Relations in organizations across all sectors and as a professor in training and postgraduate courses. He is the author of articles and books, including Jogos Cooperativos: Se o Importante é Competir, o Fundamental é Cooperar; Jogos Cooperativos: O Jogo e o Desporto como um Exercício de Convivência; and Pedagogia da Cooperação — Fundação Vale e UNESCO.
Carla Albuquerque – Founder of Coletivamentes and collaborator of Projeto Cooperação, holds a Master’s degree in Administration from PUC-Rio, postgraduate qualifications in Pedagogy of Cooperation and Collaborative Methodologies from UNIP, and certifications in Production from UFRJ/INT, Services from PDG IBMEC, and Marketing from MBA COPPEAD. She also holds a degree in Engineering from PUC-Rio. After 15 years in management roles — operations, process structuring, strategy, and marketing — she chose to focus on generating solutions in collaborative design for human and business development.
Daniella Dolme – In search of a path of transformation for herself and the world, Daniella graduated in Journalism from Faculdade Cásper Líbero (SP), but it was through volunteer work that she found her place: realizing she could use her skills to learn, build, and transform alongside people and communities. She began her professional journey in social organizations (TETO, Gastromotiva, Artemisia), expanding her role from institutional communication to project management, group facilitation, and methodology design. She is a Guerreira Sem Armas graduate, holds a postgraduate degree in Pedagogy of Cooperation, collaborates with Projeto Cooperação, and currently serves as a project leader at Grupo Tellus.
